We deliver across India. However, please note that deliveries may be disrupted during lockdowns, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods

We use reputable courier services – DTDC, Bluedart, DHL, Professional, ST Courier, and the Indian Postal Service – to deliver your orders. Transit time will be based on the pin code of the delivery address.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are applicable based on pin codes and cart value. 18% GST will be collected on shipping charges.

4. Order Processing Time

We strive to process orders within 2 working days. However, please note that order processing may be delayed due to non-availability of stocks or during festival seasons/holidays.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within 2 working days within Tamil Nadu
  • 3-5 working days for Metro
  • 5-7 working days for other regions of India

Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Errors by courier vendors
  • Misrouting or incorrect routing
  • Hub in operation or technical issues
  • Local shutdowns or unforeseen events

6. Tracking Information

Courier/postal tracking details will be updated within 24 hours of booking the shipment. You will receive an email notification with the tracking details.

7. Packaging and Handling

We use food-grade packing materials to pack your orders, which are then wrapped in a carton box to prevent damage during transit.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment, please report it to our customer care number +91 95009 93465 or email Hello@satturmittaikadai.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged items, if possible.

9. Refunds and Returns

Once we verify the missing reported items, we will arrange for a refund or re-ship the items based on your preference. Please note that our company's decision is final.
