Delay in sending my order

I booked my order on Thursday, 07.08.2025, and received an acknowledgement stating the dispatch date as Friday, 08.08.2025. However, even after almost a week, I have not received the order.

I am also unable to track the courier parcel, which is very disappointing. The lack of timely updates and coordination in this online purchase is unacceptable. Please provide the current status of my order and the tracking details immediately.
