REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Mittai Kadai takes ultimate care in delivery you with the best. The items are made on order freshly and despatched to provide with the most flavourful sweets and savouries with maximum shelf life.
1) What if delivery of the order is delayed beyond the given timeline?
- Tamilnadu orders: Order
will be arranged for delivery within 3 business days. If it gets delayed
beyond that order amount will be refunded as money through Razorpay.
- Other State orders: Only
the dispatch date can be assured by www.satturmittaikadai.com. With
respect to delivery if it is beyond the mentioned delivery time, the
issue will be raised with our courier partner and delivery will be
arranged in 24-48hrs. If it gets delayed further, reshipment will be
processed.
2) What if the
product is out of stock?
- Information will be provided about the same and
the product amount will be refunded as money through Razorpay.
3) How will I
get my refund?
- Refunds related to any order will be evaluated
and will be issued as money through Razorpay within 2-3 business days.
4) What if the
items I have received are damaged?
- Damages will be verified based on photographs of
corresponding products shared by you. Based on the evaluation, the refund
will be issued as money through Razorpay within 2-3 business days.
5) Is it
possible for me to get the money refunded?
- Yes, the refund will only be settled as money
only through the channel you paid us.
6) What if an
item is missed out?
- You will be notified well in advance regarding
the missed out products. Apart from this, if there is a discrepancy in the
order, it will be verified with the photographs of the products received
against the photograph of the physical invoice attached along with your
order.
7) What if I
have a quality complaint?
- The details regarding the quality complaint must
be explained clearly to our customer support executive and the refund is
clearly subjected to the management’s decision.
8) How long will
it take for me to get my refund?
- Anywhere between 2-3 business days from the date
of reporting.
9) How long do I
have to report a complaint regarding a product?
- Any complaint needs to be raised within 24 hours
from the date of delivery.
10) How can I
cancel my order?
- Orders shall be cancelled only if it is not
connected to the courier vendor. Order cancellation shall be initiated

- Full amount will be refunded in case of
cancellation. Refund will be processed only through Razorpay within 2-3
business days.
